Not that I know: Milk thistle was reported to show some effect in a couple of small overseas studies but for hepatitis c failed a big study last year (reported in jama). It has some interesting effects and even a possible mechanism of action in hepatotoxicity that's been worked out, but don't spend too much money or get your hopes too high.
