Probably not: I researched the question and could not find anything indicating that Hydroxycut (anhydrous caffeine) affects the efficacy of birth control pills. Interestingly, the estrogen-like compounds in birth control pills make it harder for the body to get red of caffeine and may increased the side effects of the anhydrous caffeine. Talk with your gynecologist for further recommendations.
