Great diet pills that don't interact with birth control?

Diet & Exercise: As you might imagine, most physicians don't recommend diet pills. There are prescription diet pills and they should be given under a physicians supervision. OTC diet pills are not safe and I don't recommend them. In terms of interactions, you'd have to state the name of pill and the name of your birth control to answer effectively

No pills: The safest and most successful weight loss regime is diet and exercise and lifestyle changes to keep the weight off.
