Even interference with oral contraceptive use with antibiotics is unusual, and can be monitored by a lack of incidental "spotting" after/during a course of antibiotics, but a probiotic should not interfere with contraceptive effect of low dose BCP's.

Taking a probiotic gummy should be no problem. Antibiotics and some medications can interfere with oral contraceptives leading to loss of efficacy. This is a standard commercial drugstore product.
