Normal urinalysis: These are normal in urine, especially in women if it was not a careful "clean catch" specimen. When producing urine for testing, women should wipe the genital area, then start urinating into the toilet while holding labia apart, then move the container into the stream and out again. This helps prevent getting vaginal fluid and genital mucus in the specimen, which probably is what happened here.
