Yes, but ...: Why ??? Vyvanse and Adderall are both for treatment of attention deficit disorder. Vyvanse comes in several different dose amounts and has different absorption and metabolic characteristics than Adderall. They are not mg to mg equivalent. Speak to your doc about when switching your meds.

Yes: adderall XR usually lasts for about 8-10 hrs, so having a drink 12 hrs later won't interfere much
