Sharing food & germs: Sharing utensils means sharing saliva... and saliva carries many germs. If your friend was ill or became ill, you should be checked for that illness. However, if your friend was healthy, just be aware of changes in your body such as fever, diarrhea, sore throat or other problems and get checked out by your doctor if they occur. There is probably no reason for testing otherwise.
