Be seen: You would be well served to be seen just to make sure that you do not have any underlying congenital heart conditions. There have been many apparently healthy athletes who have been found to have potentially fatal heart conditions, even professional athletes.

Hypotension : Full history and physical exam needed. You are very likely dehydrated and during this time of year influenza is a big cause of hypotension/dehydration and other symptoms. Rest rehydrate and recheck blood pressure. If your pulse is not elevated you may have just had a vasovagal episode and it may recover. In an 18 yo woman menstrual blood loss and preg test also considered as pregnancy.
