Wat are the main causes of feeling light headed when u stand and walk around. blood pressure seems to be fine.

Consider: If you have headaches, one common migraine equivalent is a feeling of light headiness on standing or turning rapidly. Orthostatic BP drop seems unlikely as you state. Anemia, and thyroid problems could be explanations. Some medication adverse events could do this also.
