Don't be concerned: It is normal during sexual arousal for the vaginal lips and lining to fill with blood and swell. This is usually pleasurable but might feel warm or even mildly burning. If it is painful or subsequent intercourse causes vaginal irritation you should use lubrication or even see a gynecologist. Not sure what your mean by vaginal spasms (orgasm?) but they may not occur with clitoral stimulation.
