This : This is a normal variation of the labia majora (large lips of the vagina). Unfortunately those that have it are often times unhappy with how it looks, and are often self conscious with sexual partners. There is a cosmetic surgery that can correct this problem. I would advise you consult a plastic surgeon.

Probably normal: There are a myriad of appearances of the vaginal area, principally due to the variation in the size and shape of the labia majora. Yours are almost certainly in the normal range. Some consider this a mark of beauty; others are unhappy with it. You should check with your family doctor or gynecologist if you are concerned about this.
