Technically,: that is higher than the normal range but still may be normal. Common causes include recent viral infections, & other parts of the white blood count being lower than normal. An absolute lymph count would be useful in interpretation

I recently had a CBC and came back with high neutrophils 8.6, lymphs 4.3, monocyttes 1.0, WBC 14.6. All other results were with in normal range.
Could high absolute values of monocytes (0.78), high immature granulocytes (0.02), & low value of eosinophils (0.02) on a CBC w/ differential be indicative of anything serious or specific? Everything else in normal range. NP @ ER didnt seem worried?
