Yes: This complaint is very common after heavy computer use. For now, use Ben Gay on the neck and shoulders twice a day for 3 days. To prevent, get a kitchen timer and set it to ring every 10 minutes when you are at the computer, At that time , do neck rotation exercises for 30 seconds. Make your keyboard height is proper for you and the screen height is proper for your eyes.
