Sinus, teeth, etc.: A sinus infection, tooth inflammation, nerve pain from the oral or facial region. TMJ inflammation are considerations. At your age, a cardiac cause would be very unlikely. Jaw pain becomes more worrisome for cardiac reasons if accompanied by chest pain, shortness of breath, abnormal sweating, etc.
