Alka seltzer/ pregna: Do not worry. it was a one time dose . The data is limited but any associated defects appear to occur when used in the first trimester. Since alka seltzer cold contains phenylephrine a vasoconstrictor ( constricts blood vessels ) would avoid it for the rest of pregnancy -may increase blood pressure and cause other issues. f/u w/ your ob
