Swollen lymph nodes: 23 F notes swollen lymph nodes in armpit and groin. What could cause this? ANS: if a Dr has documented the swollen notes I can't think of many good things that this can be. Bad thinks include lymphoma ad Hodgkins. But need to talk to your Dr who knows you best.

Lots of things: Malignant lymph nodes are clearly abnormal or soon become so. As a kid, going barefoot in the summer enlarged my groin nodes, and a bit of contact dermatitis on a hand can enlarge an armpit node. Infectious mono and it's kin can do this. Most nodes are your friends
