May not be related: Unfortunately, low grade fever occurs often in young infants who are also expected to get 5-7 URI's and a few gut infections per year. The fact they are also cutting teeth during this time period makes it hard to decide whether it's the teeth or some minor illness. As long as you are monitoring the situation and the kid feeds/acts well its not worth extra worry.
