I'm 8 weeks pregnant and on zofran (ondansetron) i'm severely constipated and took 2tbs of milk of magnesia yesterday and now i'm have sever cramps. what do i do?

Try glycerin: suppository and fleet enema (sodium bisphosphate) if this doesn't work, both OTC. If these don't work, time to consult your gyn.
