See your doctor: You need to speak to your Ob/Gyn doctor. There are many reasons you could be miscarrying. Some are treatable some aren't. But you would need a physical exam and testing by your doctor.

Treatment available: Some (but not all) causes of repeated miscarriages are known and there are tests for them that your Ob/Gyn can order. Many of the known causes are problems with the body's clotting system that cause trouble very early. There are also genetic causes and problems with the placenta's production of progesterone. Its complicated and you need to be under the care of a doc who is familiar with this.

Seek expert advice: It would seem appropriate to consult 2 specialists who can evaluate you, seek the possible cause of your "repeated miscarriages", come up with some diagnoses /treatments and offer you a plan of management. One specialist would be a Gyn Reproductive Endocrinologist with expertise in pregnancy losses and infertility/subfertility. 2nd would be an obstetrical Materno--Fetal-Medicine team to care 4 u.
