Fatigue: I am sorry to hear about your condition. I feel you should either see your family doctor, or internist, or your gynecologist. This will take time. Make sure there are no other problems like anemia, vitamin deficiencies , hormonal problems or problems with your sleep pattern that could aggravate the way you currently feel. Hope you get well soon!

Recovery takes time: Your recovery will generally take about twice the duration of your illness. In other words, even if u do everything right, recovery time = twice the sick time. However, it is vital that u connect with your most trusted physician & your surgeon, 2 verify that u r doing everything possible 2 achieve optimal recovery. Optimal diet, exercise & sleep will promote optimal & quick recovery. Dr mike.
