Diarrhea: Would follow up with gastroenterologist. May be due to bacterial overgrowth , gluten sensitivity or other food intolerances ( or fructose ), irritable bowel, H pylori, check pancreatic issues, protozoa . Try probiotics ( one with multiple species) may replenish the normal microbiome . if concern about pancreas consider creon supplement. f/u/ w/ GI
