No: Ultrasound is not a great way to visualize the stomach and may see something vaguely. Endoscopy CAT scan or MRI are much better to visualize the stomach and a space generally the way to take evaluation for possible stomach cancer consul gastroneurologist or your primary care doctor for specific advice
