Not normal: I suggest consulting a neurologist for evaluation of your symptoms. Possibilities include demyelinating disease like multiple sclerosis, deficiencies of calcium, magnesium, potassium or sodium. Appropriate tests will be ordered.

Tingling: That is not usual. May be cervical spine disease , though you are young or impingement syndrome or TM(temparo-mandibular joint )J. Rarely could be related to MS or autoimmune process would follow up with neurologist within 1-2 weeks
