That depends?: Has this person in recent past worked a shift that has conditioned this type of sleep pattern? Certain medications, stress, anxiety. even diet This can effect melatonin levels, Going to bed at this time and waking is not normal , seek a physician that can help you explore the reasons and come up with a plan to get your sleep patterns back to normal.
