Hi. i am trying to learn to sleep with a cpap. i also take a night time medication such as tylenol pm because my bed is too soft. it's newer but i don't like it. for some reason even with both, i am not sleeping well. i don't know what else to do. plea

Mattress: Suggest getting an appropriate mattress. You could also try putting a board under your current mattress.

May get better..but.: You may want to check out the sleep aid device at www.bellabee.us. This is a device you can ware for an hour or so before going to bed ( or after you go to bed) that hooks to a mobile phone/app. It emits a low frequency wave meant to pace your brainwaves into a sleep pattern. Several other modes for relaxation/meditation/concentration can be helpful. It can be used at the same time as CPAP.
