Nipple Discharge: Nipple discharge is the one of the most common breast complaints, and it is usually benign. Benign nipple discharge is usually bilateral, and occurs with breast manipulation vs suspicious discharge which is spontaneous, bloody, unilateral, associated with a breast mass, and in women over 40. Your doctor will need a thorough history and physical exam if you are not breastfeeding.
