Nipple : Nipple discharge can be due to a variety of things. Most commonly discharge can be: due to hormonal changes (you are on Mirena (levonorgestrel) which is coated with hormone) prolactinoma-have your doctor check a prolactin level infectious cause-unlikely, most commonly associated with fever, and pain benign tumors breast cancer breast injury medications etc. As you see the possibilitis are many. Schedule an exam with your primary care provider or gynecologist for a complete work up of this problem.

You'r probably safe: Although your risk of pregnancy is quite low and the "failure rate of the Mirena is very low", you may want to check your pregnancy test only if you are really very concerned. "Hard white stuff" from a squeezed nipple is no cause for alarm; no sign of pregnancy and no signal of infection. Since there is little reason and very few indications for squeezing your nipples, why do it?
