If you squeeze your nipple and a little white stuff comes out of the bumps, is that normal, or only with pregnant people?

See a doctor: It can occur in benign conditions, but is most common with pregnancy. You must be seen by a physician for an exam and lab work to determine the cause and how to treat this. Until then, wear a tight fitting bra and avoid activity that may cause nipple stimulation.
