I've had a hard right testicle for years and everytime i have a yearly physical my doctor performs a testicular exam and says i'm fine. is that normal?

Hard testicle.: Does it feel different from the left testicle? Has it changed from what you remember from prior? Has the right testicle been growing? If you're not satisfied with the answer you're being given, then perhaps a second opinion with a Urologist would be in order. Maybe a testicular ultrasound. Better to be safe.
