See MD: It sounds like you have a few separate issues. Cervical radiculopathy, pain radiating down arm and causing neck pain and shoulder stiffness can be caused by a bone spur, herniated disc , or fracture. Any trauma? Possible ear infection versus Eustachian tube dysfunction need MD look with otoscope at canals/tympanic membrane. Tinnitus myriad causes pulsatile most dang NIHL most common. Good luck.
