Possible butunlikely: Your Mirena IUD is and remains a very highly effective contraceptive over years and prevents most pregnancies (99 %) but not all pregnancies. Your symptoms may resemble but may not necessarily be "symptoms of pregnancy". Be safe. Obtain a urine or blood betaHCG pregnancy test and get reassurance and peace of mind.
