The : The Mirena (levonorgestrel) is coated with a small amount of hormone, but if you have not had any symptoms up until now, then it is likely not the effect of the hormone coating. The symptoms may be pre-menstrual, however if you are late for your next period you should repeat a pregnancy test. Take care.
