Too little info: You give me too little info to concentrate on to try to come up with an answer to your problem. You can't be so apathetic but have to get your act together and present your issue in a more straight forward manner. The most important tool in medicine is the gathering of the patient's history. You have to sit down with a sheet of paper and write out your medical autobiography for your doc.

Apathy: The state of apathy could be associated with various causes- depression, hormonal, life style, diet. I would need more info to explore this further. However, every one walk, improve diet and these often help with all sorts of low energy states.

Possible depression: It could be early signs of depression, it could be anxiety or it could be that you're having too much on your plate. Apathy, lack of energy and poor concentration are generally tied to depression. Depression can happen from weather changes, lack of sleep, lack of exercise etc.
