Practice: Poor concentration often accompanies depressive conditions. Eliminating your depression should restore your concentration to normal. In the mean time, following your treatment plan--participating in activities to relieve depression--should help as well. Be sure to make a concerted effort to concentrate when good concentration is needed. Try to focus outside yourself on the targeted content.

Hypothyroidism?: You may have subclinical hypothyroidism. Are you constipated?, cold all of the time?, have high LDL cholesterol? Or low hdl? Have your doc run a thyroid panel.
