Not likely: Fatigue in people who have cancer is a late symptom. it occurs when Cancer has spread widely. Since your evaluation with detailed imaging studies showed no cancer, your fatigue is likely caused by some other conditions. This can be sorted out by your doctor who should investigate other possilbe causes that can be the reason for your fatigue.

Not likely: It is possible but not likely that an occult malignancy is causing the symptoms. There may be other issues that need to be examined, including depression, that often manifests as weakness. I trust that you are under the care of a physician and are looking into alternative explanations. Wish you good health.
