Ok to take all three: Each one is addressing a separate component of the factors contributing to asthma. Ad air helps reverse inflammation while singular helps prevent it. Zyrtec blocks histamine thereby helping to prevent bronchospasm (wheezing) . Ideally you should rarely need to use your rescue inhaler when these medications are controlling your asthma. Do get and use a peak flow meter to help manage attacks.

Okay to take all: These medications each work differently and together to help control allergic type asthma. You should discuss the inhaler with your doctor, and may be able to switch to one that only has an inhaled corticosteroid, but do not stop using it on your own.
