Takes a workup: It will take a baseline history, physical exam and possibly some testing to sort this out.Belly pain can originate from things as diverse as food intolerances,irregular stooling habits,stress,etc. I had one kid who's friend moved away & at 8 his response was belly pain that resolved after we talked about it.Get with his doc to sort it out.

Growing up allergy : At age 7 without pathology, kids do have abdominal pain due to fact that kids need more blood as they play going to the intestines. However the dry mouth, sore throat sinus congestion could be one of 2 to 3 things,1- is Allergic Rhinitis , very common in USA. 2- Stuffy nasal pathway due to house conditions. 3- if pain is colicky then more serious investigation is warranted.
