Weird how??: You don't indicate what dose you were on before and whether you had a confirmed diagnosis of ADHD or something else. Most people do experience a loss of appetite with Concerta and often find it takes a few days to adjust to the medication, also, adjusting to a feeling of being distracted to being very focused takes time. Please contact the doctor who prescribed your Rx to discuss your reaction.
