Need urgent exam: Many things could cause LLQ abdominal pain, among those are ovarian cyst, pelvic infection, bladder infection, diverticulitis, colitis and constipation. More history and an exam is needed to make a diagnosis and recommend treatment. IUD's have been reported to become displaced and to rarely penetrate the uterine wall, but you need to consider all the options.
