possible causes of intermittent burning pain in lower right abdomen, radiating down leg? ultrasound negative for cysts, iud problems.

Consider femoral: Abdominal pain radiating into the leg is not usual. It is good that the ultrasound is negative. Compression of the femoral nerve can cause this, it is in the back of the abdomen, and it cannot be seen by ultrasound. What part of the leg is affected?
