Hello, i have intense stomach pain and nausea all day long. i cannot eat without nausea and cannot lay down flat. ive tried medication. what can i do?

Have an endoscopy: It is concerning that that pain and nausea are all day long. That is suggestive but not specific for an ulcer. If medication has not helped that is also possible it is an ulcer or other serious condition in the abdomen. Typically an upper endoscopy aka as an EGD is best next test to have done. Recommend you see a gastroenterologist.
