May be gallbladder: Pain occurring after eating predictably especially in right upper abdomen is often due to disease of the gallbladder. First best test is an ultrasound to look for gallstones and gallbladder inflammation. Another common cause would be an peptic ulcer. This best diagnosed by upper endoscopy aka EGD.
