Sore throat: Ibuprofen 800mg by mouth three times a day would be my answer. Saltwater gargles. Look into your throat with your cellphone light and take a picture. If it appears dark red or you see pus draining out of your tonsils, or if you have a fever and it hurts close to 10/10 to swallow you should probably see an MD in urgent care ASAP otherwise go in the morning.
