No necessarily : Pneumonia takes 6-7 weeks to clear from lungs. It's not that you still have an infection if you have finished the course of your antibiotics. The mucous and congestion just takes longer to clear up and coughing it up is actually good. You can try mucinex to help you break it up.

Recurrent pneumonia?: Depending on how it was treated the first time, this could always represent an infection. You should seek medical attention.
