Zofran ODT : You should take the zofran orally disintegrating tablet place on the tongue and swallow with saliva. Tonic contains quinine which a lot of people don't know. Since quinine albeit infinitesimally small in tonic it can interact with ondansetron I suggest you avoid the combo. Stay calm and avoid tonic.
