Got really nauseous so took zofran 20min ago. i keep feeling the vomit come up- i use water to wash it down.will this disrupt metabolization of zofran?

Not if it stays in.: If you don't ultimately vomit, then the Zofran should be absorbed adequately and work sufficiently. If you vomit pills up, you may want to request your antiemetic as a suppository.
