Unrelated?: Although I am not a physician, i don't believe that jaw pain is a typical side effect of taking that medication. Please call the doctor who actually prescribed it for you to discuss your symptoms and what else to expect.

It shouldn't: This medication is an antiemetic and is also used off-label in the early treatment of alcoholism. There is nothing in the literature that suggests jaw pain as a side effect. If you have jaw pain you should see a dentist to rule out oral problems.
