Tongue : Are they bleeding or just very red? All this could be normal unless there is bleeding but just have a medical professional exam it for reassurance

Tongue papillae: Everybody has a row of several large (2-3 mm) taste buds on the back of the tongue, the circumvallate papllae. Entirely normal. Google it for photos. And everybody has white or yellow tongue coating from time to time, especially with colds or other viruses, so probably also nothing to worry about. Are your taste really bleeding, or just seem especially red compared compared with yellow coating?

Tongue: The large bumps on the very back of your tongue are normal papilla so don't worry about this. In normal healthy people brushing you tongue or using a tongue scraper will remove the white coating on the tongue and is important to do every day Bleeding can come from trauma, or other medical conditions that should be checked out. See an oral surgeon, ENT, dentist or GP if it don't heal In a few days

If tender, see doc.: If your tongue is sore, or feels "burnt", this could be a yeast infection called thrush. See a doctor to be sure
