A member asked:

Had arthroscopic knee surgery 2 weeks ago now had excessive sweating and pain no fever?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Orthopedist: I think you should report this to the orthopedic surgeon who performed the arthroscopic procedure. Sweats can be caused by aspirin or other anti-inflammatory medications and some pain or swelling may not be reflective of an infected joint. However I have concerns and strongly recommend that you be evaluated by your orthopedic surgeon.
