A sign: You should not be worried, but you do need to respond to what your body is trying to communicate. See your doctor for a full medical evaluation first, then cut back on things that are stressing you out. Make sure you are getting enough rest and "down time." if you have trouble doing this on your own, see a counselor or therapist to help. It's important!
